"Plan Your Suite" is a digital workbook (PDF and/or related digital materials) designed to help Ontario homeowners organize the planning phase of a secondary suite project, including checklists, budget tracking tools, and a general overview of permit-related considerations.

The Product is an educational and organizational tool only. It does not constitute legal, engineering, architectural, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a licensed contractor, architect, engineer, lawyer, or your local municipal permitting office. The Seller makes no guarantee regarding permit approval, project timelines, construction costs, or compliance with any specific municipal, provincial, or federal regulation.

## 3. Digital delivery

The Product is delivered exclusively in digital form. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to download the Product. No physical goods are shipped.

## 4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at the time of purchase. By completing your order, you authorize the charge of the full amount shown at checkout, including any optional add-ons you select (such as the AI Prompt Pack).

## 5. Right of withdrawal / refund policy

Because the Product is a digital good delivered instantly upon purchase, standard withdrawal rights for physical goods do not apply once download access has been granted.

However, the Seller may offer a money-back guarantee. The exact guarantee period and conditions applicable to your purchase are the ones displayed on the checkout page at the time you complete your order, and those terms control over any general statement in this document. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Product, including but not limited to decisions made regarding permits, contractors, budgets, or construction, or costs, delays, or losses connected to your secondary suite project. You remain solely responsible for verifying information with qualified professionals and relevant authorities before making decisions or spending money based on the Product.

## 9. No professional relationship

Purchasing or using the Product does not create any professional, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and the Seller.

## 10. Changes to these Terms

The Seller may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to your order.

## 11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Seller's place of business in Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country or province of residence, including Ontario, Canada, where such rights cannot be excluded by agreement.
